I’d think that last tip would be because taking a class online leaves you with open books and internet to use while taking tests ect.

What employers need is people that know what the fuck they are doing. Plain and simple. Can an online degree guarantee that?

Online universities are a ripoff because the university has less expenses yet charge you the same.

Plus you don’t get the most important part of a real university. The contacts you make there.

The reality is what makes you advance on work is more on who you know than on how much you know.
